Baby Food Warmer

The nip baby food warmer gently heats milk bottles, baby food jars and purées in a water bath and keeps them warm when needed. With the insert and lid, you can also heat purées directly or steam-sterilise dummies.

Product highlights at a glance:

Application:

1. Plug in the appliance and make sure the control dial is set to STOP.
2. Place the bottle inside without the teat or screw ring. Then add water up to the level of the milk, no higher than 1 cm below the rim.
3. Turn the dial to the milk-warming setting and wait for the approximate time shown in the table.
4. Turn the dial back to STOP and unplug the appliance. Otherwise, the water will continue to heat.
5. Gently shake the bottle and check the temperature by placing a few drops on your wrist. Approximately 37 °C is ideal.

Approximate warming times for nip PP wide-neck bottles to reach around 37 °C:

• Other PP or glass bottles may require different warming times depending on their material and wall thickness.
• To heat purées in the insert, add 10 ml of water to the heating unit, put the food in the insert, fit the lid and stir several times during heating.
• Never heat tightly sealed jars, as pressure can build up inside.
• Keep baby food warm for no longer than half an hour.
• Do not move the appliance during use, keep your hands away from the hot water and never leave it unattended.
• Descale every 2 weeks using a little citric acid and 100 ml of boiling water.
