Holle Demeter Baby Spelt Rusks, 200 g

The Demeter Baby Spelt Rusks are made with carefully controlled ingredients from bio-dynamic farming. The rusks do not contain eggs, milk, sugar or salt. They are suitable as a snack to nibble on or can be softened in milk to make tasty rusk porridge. They are perfect as a snack to nibble on for babies starting from the 7th month onwards. Also delicious when served as breakfast porridge.

Preparation:

• Enjoy as a snack, with milk as a porridge or for breakfast with butter, jam or cream cheese.

Note:

• Please do not leave your child unsupervised while they are nibbling on these rusks and do not let your child eat them while lying down as they can be a choking hazard.
• Like all cereal foods, these spelt rusks contain carbohydrates. Prolonged contact with teeth can lead to tooth decay (caries). Thererfore, ensure good dental hygiene for your baby.
