Notes:

• Use only under supervision: Never let your child wear the neck warmer unsupervised, and make sure they do not put either the product or the wool in their mouth.
• Correct fit: When putting it on, always ensure that the scarf sits comfortably and loosely and does not constrict the neck.
• Not a child’s toy: Keep the scarf and its filling out of reach of young children and keep the natural material away from open flames.
• Handling the filling: Removing the strand of wool (e.g. before washing) should always be done by an adult; whilst doing so, store the wool safely in a bag.
• Do not use on bare skin or in the ears: Never apply the wool material to broken skin and under no circumstances insert it deep into the ear canal.
• Note in the event of symptoms: Do not use the product if you have a fever or inflammation, and always consult a healthcare professional if you experience any symptoms.
• Note regarding natural materials: Due to its natural ingredients, the product is not suitable for people with a weakened immune system or allergies.
• Never heat artificially: Under no circumstances should the neck warmer be heated in the microwave, in the oven or on any other heat source!
• Caring for the cover: Remove the wool before washing. After washing, roll the fabric up to just below the edge, tuck the loosened wool inside and pull the cover back over it.
• Retaining shape and freshness: A brief tumble dry in the tumble dryer will restore the elasticated fabric to its perfect shape. If the natural material becomes matted after frequent use, it can easily be plucked out or replaced with fresh care wool as required.
